Five Ascension Lineages

Eclipse, Supercell, Aurora, Ancestral, and Celestial require special preparation in addition to normal care, genetics, and breeding or metamorphosis. Track individual progress in the analyzer's Evolution tab. Milestones persist through saving and capsules.

Eclipse: prepare both parents

Keep a calm adult Solar bound to its caretaker at trust ≥40 under open sky during clear daytime. Accumulate 600 valid sunlight ticks, about 30 loaded seconds. Completed charge survives capture; exposure pauses inside capsules.

Choose a Lunar whose individual phase is New Moon. The world's changing moon does not change an individual's phase. Prepare both parents normally and keep them under open sky during world ticks 12,000–12,999, with their shared caretaker nearby, able to see them, and carrying a Prismatic Shard.

Only an accepted birth consumes the shard and solar charge. Breeding two Eclipse slimes still requires sunset, open sky, a present caretaker, and the catalyst.

Supercell: channel the storm

A bound adult Storm with trust ≥40 needs three distinct lightning strikes hitting a powered lightning rod within eight blocks during thunder. Repeated flashes of one strike count once. Natural and summoned lightning follow the same rod and weather checks.

Then complete metamorphosis on a lightning rod in Windswept Hills or Windswept Gravelly Hills, during thunder with open sky: age 96,000 ticks, expressed elemental potency ≥0.90, and 12,000 valid exposure ticks. Use a wind charge; completion costs 40 energy and +25 hunger.

Aurora: travel with Prismatic

Bring the same calm, bound adult Prismatic with trust ≥40 to three distinct biome IDs. Each visit requires 600 valid ticks. Changing biomes resets the unfinished visit, while completed visits remain recorded.

Complete the transformation in Frozen Peaks or Ice Spikes, on blue ice, during a clear night with open sky. Requirements: age 96,000, stability ≥0.90, and 12,000 exposure ticks. Use a Prismatic Shard; cost 40 energy and +25 hunger.

Ancestral: earn the seal

Craft a Primordial Seal with one each of Royal Gel, Igneous Fragment, Prismatic Shard, Nether Star, and Ancient Tablet. The first three are boss rewards; the tablet comes from the Ancestral Chamber in the End. The recipe does not require Ancestral Essence.

Bring an adult Void to End Highlands on purpur. Requirements: age 48,000, stability ≥0.80, and 12,000 valid exposure ticks. Use the seal on the slime; cost 40 energy and +30 hunger. Using a seal on the chamber's altar summons the Primordial boss instead, consuming a separate seal.

Celestial: bond, research, and observations

Complete all six Ancestral research stages in the caretaker's Slimepedia: observe, feed, analyze, breed, transform, and harvest. Reach 80 trust with the chosen individual.

In the Overworld, place that calm adult Ancestral on an amethyst block, under open sky without rain, with at least 60 energy. In the analyzer, press Observe in this order:

Each accepted observation costs 4 energy and +2 hunger. Repeating the same window does not advance the next observation. They need not occur on the same day. Capsule previews cannot perform observations.

Finally, complete metamorphosis in End Highlands on purpur: age 96,000, stability ≥0.90, 18,000 valid exposure ticks, and a Primordial Essence. Cost: 50 energy and +35 hunger.
